SCHOOL RULES OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE



• Students should be neat and tidy in their school uniform.
• They will not wear any golden ornaments or trinkets in school.
• Each student should carry the dairy to school every day with his photograph and complete details.
• Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings by having them neatly labeled.
• Identity Card issued from school, should compulsorily, be secured on the shirt/sweater every day. Lost card will be replaced on payments Rs. 25/-
• The school building and property must be respected. Students will be responsible for any damage done to the school property by them.
• No student above class VI can come casually dressed on birthday or any other occasion.
• Celebration of birthday in the school canteen is not allowed.
• Scribbling on walls and boards is a punished offence.
• The observance of the rules of discipline of the school and good behavior is an essential pre-requisite for a student’s continuance in school. In case a student violates the school rules, indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like expulsion, suspension/ rustication shall be taken against the student.
• Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
• No student shall indulge in the following practices.
  -Spitting in or near the school building.
  -Whistling or shouting.
  -Damaging school property & rowdysim
  -Use of violence in any form.
  -Casteism, communication o practice of untouchability.
• The school reserves the right to suspend or take disciplinary action against a student whose progress is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
• No valuables like expensive watches, mobiles, i-pods, surplus money may be brought to school.
• Mobiles once confiscated, no claim will be entertained. The school phone is available for all students in case of emergency.
• Half days will not be allowed to any child unless there is a medical or valid reason and the parents come to school and accompany the child back home.
• Students who have been sick should bring a medical certificate from the doctor on the day of rejoining school.
• Repeated absence without leave or un-explained absence for more than 3 weeks renders the child’s name struck off from the rolls.
• It is compulsory for students to maintain 80% attendance during the academic session.
• All the students English medium are expected speak in English in the school campus so that they could be able to express themselves better in written or oral work.

Fee Rules & Regulation:
• School fees must be paid by the 20th of every month. Rs 50/- per month will be fined as late payment. Fees not deposited by the 30th of the same month without satisfactory written cause will be considered as a major default liable for deletion of the child’s name from the school.
• Parents/Guardians are requested to be keeping the fee deposit slip for their record and reference, if and when required by the school.

Admission/withdrawal/promotion Rules:
• Promotion and granted on the basis of the whole years response. The Annual Examination is meant to confirm the result of the whole year’s performance. The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion is final.
• The Principle reserves to herself the right to refuse any admission without furnishing a reason.
• At the time of admission, a student must produce a satisfactory evidence of data of birth or an affidavit certifying his date of birth.
• The school leaving certificate of a student joining school form classes VI-XII must be countersigned by the Education Authority of the District in which the previous school is situated for children coming from any district.
• A school leaving certificate will not be issued until all fees is paid and dues are clear. Those students who leave in mid-session will have pay for the full Term.
• A student, who fails for two consecutive years in the same class, will be asked to leave the school.
